Is it worth touring on a 125? Me and my mate both have bike licences, but though be more fun if bought a couple of 125s to tour around europe. Giving us about 5-7 weeks to complete.

My main concerns are, the weight of luggage carried, and the miles per day that it would take. How ever the latter is not really that bad as we will have about 2 months to complete the whole trip.

Me and my brother are planning on a UK tour on 125's starting on the 29th of August (three weeks time!!)

Mine's a Suzuki Marauder GZ125 and his is a Honda Varadero 125, so crusiing at 55-60 will be the order of the day.

We're aiming for 300 miles per day to get round scotland, wales and cornwall in a week.

Sounds fine - people go round the world on C90s, so don't see a problem.

Just make sure that whatever you're doing, you're enjoying it Smile.
