I have just watched the Golden Compass (again), I wasn't sure if I had seen it, but just having watched it, I definitely know I have Laughing anyway, in that film every person has a demon which matches their personality type.

And it has got me thinking, although I still cannot make up my mind for my own...I wondered if you guys know yourselves any better, and would firmly know what animal/reptile/bird would be yours?

Probably a Bonobo. First sign of trouble, and it would be masturbating furiously.

Almost certainly a dog, one of those annoyingly hyperactive bouncy ones. Loyal and friendly but with a health dose of stupid thrown into the mix. More likely to lick someone to death than bite them.

Ahhh Yes. A Springer Spaniel Rolling Eyes

BTW. Just finished the trilogy of books. much better than the film (not surprisingly). Film makes no sense of a complicated story as it doesn't explain enough. Like why servants have dogs as daemons because they are faithful, predictable and loyal.

I'd recommend them. Especially good if you're only 14 Wink

It's called "His Dark Materials" - The Golden Compass, The Subtle Knife, and The Amber Spyglass.

I shouldn't advertised that, it's very disappointing for your partner Wink Very Happy

On topic, haven't seen the film or read the books so demon is an interesting choice. Brings up images of The Omen, Rosemary's Baby or The Exorcist.

In Norse mythology your animal guide is called your folgie.
Mine is an old dog, which has a whole range of other interpretations.

However, I should look at the the fast bit.
I understand women can find that very frustrating Rolling Eyes Embarassed

I think your demon might be John Leslie...

I have no idea what this thread is about, is it a Barry Potter film.
