If you've just one an oil change, there's two very obvious areas to check.
Is the sump plug leaking? Did you use a new sealing washer? Did you cross thread it? Torqued it up correctly, under or over tightened it?
Is the oil leaking from the filter? Did you clean the area where it fits? Did you smear oil on the rubber o ring to stop it sticking and being damaged? Again, how tight did you pu it on? Should be done as tight as you can possibly get it BY HAND. That is with your bare hands, no tools. If your really anal, do it with a torque wrench to the specified torque, no tighter!
Not trying to overcomplicate it, just covering all bases.
Hope that helps!
EDIT: Also, a small puddle from being left overnight is a pretty major oil leak in my opinion, next step would be having it piddle out before your eyes...
A single drip in a day is the biggest leak I'd be "comfortable" with, and even then I'd look to sort it asap. ____________________
