Should I get a 60% tinted iridium visor I've been told nobody will be able to see my face due to its tint or a black visor with 80% tint again nobody will be able to see in , what do you prefer and why?

iridium always Thumbs Up

seriously though, don't you have you're own opinion ?

Iridium are more challenging to keep mint and will eventually deteriorate and look like shite, as well as being hard to see out of (once they begin aging-flaking).
It may take weeks or a year but it WILL happen sooner or later.

A straight tint is a longer term option IMO.

You just need to decide if the look of iridium is worth the cost of getting another when the first one breaks down.

Totally depends what lid it's going on to. I've got a clear and iridium for my arai and a black one only for my roof boxer. I generally find iridium better when the light starts to fade.
If it's a good quality visor then it should last. I've done at least 30,000miles with mine on and it only has the odd stone chip mark on it where as the visor on my roof has done half that milage and you can't see sh1t through it.

iridium visors look tacky cheap and juvenile IMO.
If i was gonna get a tinted visor it`d have to be black or light smoke.....but i use shades anyway so N/A.

Black, looks good all the time and less prone to accidental scratches.

Iridium is the attention whore choice and chavs on scooters as it makes them think they look cool at McD's .

Black everything (kit wise) looks good in all instances in my opinion. Thumbs Up

I always think an iridum visor makes it look like you're trying a bit too hard.

Whatever you choose, the girls will always see you having a quick look. You just can't look anywhere in a subtle manner when you have a lid on - it makes any movement of the head exagerated.

And in answer to the OPs question, I'd pick black Smile

I'm another one for black. It might be less likely to get noticed by the police if they aren't specifically looking for it also.

I'm another one for the all black kit. You can't get any cooler than street hawk.
