Ebay scam?

Looking at the resale value of a few bikes tonight and I came across this Clicky.

So the bike is a US model, all the pictures are taken in the US, owner has a title not a V5 and location is Bolton in Devon which I can't find on any map.

So what do people reckon, scam or not scam?

nah its fine and i'm not sure about the title and no v5 but i think because he is the very first owner then he will give the title to you then you get the v5 i think not to sure though

Looks dodgy to me, I always look at any ebay item as a scam until I've made contact with the owner and sorted out any dodgyness in the text just to be sure.

On the bright side though they might post it to you lol..

The plate on the Hummer in the background looks too tall and white to be a British plate?

Also they refer to the motorway as the 'interstate' which is American.

Also as you said, Bolton in Devon does not exist.

If you have the slightest doubt on Ebay keep clear. Bolton in Devon gives me a lot of doubts. Bolton in Nigeria maybe.

It is not a Hummer it is a Ford Explorer.

However there is no Bolton / Devon so i would stay well clear.

Maybe worth reporting to ebay though

Emailed the seller and they claim it's an import, strange thing is Kawasaki had so many of these they discounted them in January so I'm not aware there was any need for imports.

Reported it to Ebay anyway so will see what happens.
