Bad luck

In the village next to me, some bloke had his mx bike stolen and the thieves dismantled the rear brick wall of his garage to get the bike out (a little ruder than leaving the gate open )

DTR,locked gate..its been off the road for about 9 months its someone i know for sure, oh i hope they give it a good beasting up and down the fields as soon as the front disc heats up its going to lock

I phoned the police they took all my details and said " we will ring you in the next 48 hours to confirm your bike has been stolen"

Go and find it - take a big stick. It's Sunday so that bike will be out in the woods somewhere.

This is what I did when our lad's bike was nicked - followed the tyre tracks up a disused railway line the next morning and there it was hidden in some bushes. We waited around for a bit and sure enough two herberts came along to collect it. One of them I caught hold of and strangled until his face went a deep purple colour the other I caught up with in the local pub a few days later but he was too chickenshit to come outside for a chat.

Yup, I've found my bike three times before the police. Once i offered the local kids a reward and they found it tucked away at some private garages within the hour. The last time the Guzzi was knicked, the little twats couldn't even start it so left it over the road.

I remember stepping outside my door one snowy morning to see the shed door flapping in the wind, no lock on it. I got that horrible feeling in my gut, "why didn't they just take the shit one from the patio?", and ventured closer with my head hung and on the top end of sadness. Then realised nothing was missing, and I had merely left the lock off the night before. The relief was even more powerful than the sadness.
Nice neighbourhood ftw.
Sorry about your bike mate, like Geri said, get a big stick and spend the day hunting.

What i meant by having the inheritance thrown into the mix is that its funny iv been rather low on cash for some time and it only gets nicked
when funds are looking really good, i don't actually laugh at people dying but you knew that .
