I currently have a Yamaha TW125 but was looking at a VAREDERO 125 the question is, is there much point?

The TW125 I get 50mph but 60 at a stuggle and only about 80 miles to the tank, the VAREDERO apparantly gets a good 250mile to the tank and can get 70MPH comfortably is this correct?

I use the bike to commute to work every day which is only a 2 mile journey each day but would like the option to go for a good 100 mile or so run every so often, but this is not possible on the TW would the VAREDERO be viable in that case, and at £1000 plus the money from my TW once I have sold it(Already have a buyer for it)

Cheers

Tim

the TW 125 has a 1.85 gallon fuel tank and should do about 60/65 mph.
the VAREDERO 125 has a 4.62 gallon fuel tank and should do 70 pretty easily.

if your not loosing a load of money buy swapping to the other bike, then i would. fuel economy would be far greater, as would your range, i bet its more comfortable too. its also faster and more powerful, so more fun Very Happy

Go for the Varadero. Good commuter. I'd have got one if I could have found one at the time I got my YBR and had sufficient funds. Thumbs Up

Yeah go for the Varadero. If I didn't accidentally win the bid on ebay for the bike I ride now then I would have gone for the dero.
