everts edition was to celebrate stephen everts (or whoever he was) winning some MX racing for yamaha... Belive they only had that colour scheme for 1 year making them limited edition... No different to any other dt125re other than the graphics..
noticed you gutted the pipe.. should see a nice bit of extra power higher in the revs (aslong as its had the wire trick done).. Id suggest removing/blocking the catalyst pipe.. That will be robbing you of some bhp..

Oh right Limited edition huh? That's always good for resale value  Wondered why I haven't seen the same colours before...
Is my dad's bad welding that obvious?  I haven't noticed any differences with the power, but as you say, I should probably block the pipe off. Only reason I haven't is because of the drop of the MPG.

I nearly ended up with an XT Nice bikes. 2 stroke all the way though My brother converted me and I'm glad as 2 strokes are being phased out and replaced with goody goody (aka boring) 4 strokes.
