Hello there. I am about to upgrade to a 600cc supersport bike such as the cbr600 and wanted to get a new helmet (as I only have one and need a second so my old one can be used for pillions).

I am currently looking at the AGV Stealth (tried on at hein gericke) and the HJC HQ1.

Which one would you guys reccomend if any? And does anybody know how HJC's fit compared to AGV's because I am a medium with AGV's.

Thanks,
That-Kid-O

You need to try one on, it's not just the different size between makes, the shape will be different. Just go to a bike shop, try some on and see what's most comfortable...and then buy it off the internet as it's cheaper

(I keep this response stored in my clipboard so I can ctrl-v it when someone asks the above)

There is no better helmet than one that fits you properly. Everyone's head is a different shape and the only way to find out which is best for you is to get down to a bike shop and try a load on. When you find one you like leave it on for 15 minutes to make sure it's going to be comfortable. Anything that feels uncomfortable in that time will be agony after an hour or two.

I have never found an HJC that is even remotely the same shape as my head.

Talking of ordering online, the price of the stealth at hein gerick was 209.99 and i found it online for 162.44 (not ebay Very Happy)
