Wow I forgot how fun this game is! I dug it out today through sheer boredom and i'm now hooked...again

Ok fair enough it's not at all realistic but it's sooo much fun for just messing about, there's some pretty good cars and bikes too. Today I discovered that they had a Speed Triple in there as well

I wish they would re make the game with the sounds and handling of PGR4 and everything else TDU it would be awesome!

Has anyone got to the 'secret' places? like the race track and the other island?

Well i personally can't until No 2 is out.
It reminds me of what Need for speed set out to do in the first place, standard exotic motors on some of the best roads ever in a game. Since playing that its hard to match it, Midnight club is rediculous and made for children.
Its no gran turismo but at least you can go explore and get deep into road racing in all sorts of cars. Long races online with good players along coastal roads is really enjoyable.

I think the sounds were decent, good graphics and the handling was good enough. The next one will be the best racer if they get it right.

I can't wait until 2 is out as I've heard it's gonna be on ps3 as well! I pretty much finished the first one on my mates xbox and bloody loved it!

One thing i hated about TDU was the fact that everything/everywhere looked the same. For such a big map, you'd expect some variety but TDU has none.

I didnt find the bike handeling very good.

But good game neather the less

I like Midnight club.

I have 4 bikes and just like getting into chaces with the police and wheelies and jumps

Infact im off to play it now.

i used to play this a lot and if i remember rightly the secret was to up the sensitivity of the controls when using a bike.

I play it on the pc a twice I've gone to new game instead of profile in the menu by accident and it's wiped my game.

Bikes handle shockingly bad and it's pretty much impossible to ride one without crashing.
