cougar advice

hi there i am new to this sight i bought a scooter for my daughter and now have a urge to get a bike it has been 20 years since i have had a bike i have a chance to buy a gilera cougar 125 any advice i know the parts are hard to come by is there any other bike that has the same partes that would fit if something went wrong any advice for or against this bike

I had this bike for almost a year now. Its a comfortable but big for a 125. Does 180 miles for £10 would do more i think but i like to give it throttle .

Very reliable, hasnt broke down once untill recently. Havent checked it out yet but i suspect that the fuel tap is stuck. Mine loves to blow tail light bulbs so be prepared to buy alot of those unless its just mine.
