Can't see why not. Try not to stick at the same revs for long spells and when you take a rest check your oil level.

Just don't thrash the arse off it for protracted periods, they don't like sitting near the red line. Stick to a reasonable speed and it should have no bother.

Kats one did over 2000 miles round Scotland fully laden this summer. (York to Shetland and back via the West coast).

She did nip the engine once due to sitting at over 100mph on the motorway for about 10 miles. She stuck below 80 for the rest of the trip and had no bother.

It'll probably do it with ease. Got a lift from Reading to Birmingham on the back of a Z250, he'd ridden up from Hastings to collect me, then two up to Brum and back the next day. It did it with no problems at all.

A freind of mine has a Z250, Rode from poole to exeter twice in one day and it coped fine. His has over 60,000 on the clock aswell

keep the oil topped up and it should make it, providing you dont thrap it too much.

Ridden more than that without worrying on my old Scorpion with no issues. As said just keep an eye on the oil and it will be fine.

Mate you'll love it, its one thing going on a big new bike but a real challenge going on a little old bike nursing it all the way, brilliant.
A guy took his old yb100 from glasgow to stranraer, ferry to ireland then went right round irland fully laidened with his camping gear and made it back ok so if you look after your bike it will look after you, good luck

Made it , was brilliant really good ride but bike tops out at 65 may need to look at that when I get back. Also the indicaters stopped working, need new switch but still an adventure
