does anyone know which is the better bike for me to get out of a VFR400 or RVF400 and what is the insurance like on both? i will be riding it every day, and it is getting resricted....

VFR should be cheaper if you get a genuine UK Bike, and no tan Import,
RVF's were never UK Bikes, all were imports so the insurance will be slightly more.

RVF is more expensive to buy and insure and has a slightly lower top speed. Should be a bit faster on accelleration.
IMHO the RVF's not worth the extra money for what you get, but some on the forum may disagree
