Very nice mate, great bikes these are, looks like a minter that, I notice a total absence of the usual rust spots, watch the end can, handlebar risers, mudguards, springs and the rims as these are the spots that will rust fastest if used all year round, just keep the grit of it and it will be alright.

Having passed my CBT on one, rented the same and another CG from the school on various occasions, wheelying said CG's, getting knee down on one of the said CG's and binning the other scraping the peg on a rididculously small roundabout, taking one off road, up the hills and passing my A2 again on one I'd rate them as one of the best bikes I've ever ridden, I've ridden quite a few.

They're just total shits and giggles, I'm looking at buying one possibly mid September so that I can take my RVF off the road. Currently looking at an '86 model in the mars bar colour.
Going to take it apart and chop it up I reckon, to suit it's purpose, might look at uprating the suspension so that it can handle the off road stuff and I want to look at supercharging it.
But that's just me, I'm all for keeping them stock, literally bullet proof little things.

Great little bike Moo, mine never let me down and I highly doubt it will let beatnck down (if it ever sees the road again Razz )

The only thing to look out for on yours is 6v electrics, the lighting leaves a lot to be desired, although l6v led conversions have been done in the past to good effect.

Cheers
John

Oi shurrup you two Mr. Green
Yeh believe it or not Moo the pictures that Virus and BeatNck2 have posted are actually of the very same bike, the bobber being as it is(was) now.
I am a copy cat in this case Virus, I was talking to Nick about it the other weekend and he said you'd done something along those lines.
I was walking the Malvern Hills yesterday, going through a wooded and very varied area around St. Anne's well and just thought "this is going to be my playground" Mr. Green

thats entirely true moo, in my ownership that thing got thrashed everywhere, and caused no problems at all (other that ones caused by lack of maintenance, keep an eye on your points, if they stop working your going nowhere)

Nick, I guess ill see it again on thursday.

Mac, get yourself a cheap hack, I plan on making another offroader (with a few mods ofcourse) time for a hoon. Thumbs Up

Cheers
John
