head race bearings

hey peeps,


Im about to change some head race bearings on my aunts trike...what i need advice on, is the best stuff to grease them up with before putting them in.

Hi

Normal grease. Common suggestion is to put the grease into a small zip lock bag, then put the bearing in as well, shut the bag and then manipulate it loads to get the grease properly into the bearings.
