i think in ebay motors its a flat fee,

£25 to list a motor in a clasified ad or something,

read up when you list it and it will tell you

If you're selling a bike/car on ebay, they come and look at it, so you put pick up only cash. Your fees cost about £11 or something as the sale isn't completed via paypal.

Anyone who buys a bike/car on ebay an pays the stupid deposit amounts they ask is crazy. Like fuck would I pay a £500 deposit or something to someone I have no idea where they live/name etc.

I would go for cash on collection or cheque (obviously waiting for the cheque to clear before releasing the bike.)
If you go Paypal and which although is instant payment there is a fee. The last bike i sold was paid for through paypal and it cost me about £20 to get the money into my bank account.
But the bike has been paid for before the collection so theres no chance of the buyer trying to haggle with you.
So it's pros and cons to either way.

And the bike was bought for £470. I'm not sure if the higher the amount the larger the fee. So i would check it out first.
I was miffed at paying £20 to get at my money, i would be mortified to pay close to a ton for £2000. Maybe someone may be able to help out there.
