You're only going to get a refund.

Is it worth it?

You decide.

Do what the typical person of today would do and sue them Rolling Eyes

To be fair i would complain. If Tesco is like Asda then if your not satisfied then they will give you a refund/replacement. I wouldn't want to eat some veg (Well, i wouldn't eat it anyway Razz ) that had a stone in it, just wouldn't be right.

FFS. Laughing

But you didn't eat it. If you'd had eaten it and broke a tooth then fair enough. But you didn't.

You're unlikely to eat it or choke on it, if anything you might have broken a tooth.

But claim you did eat it and that when you next took a shit the stone damaged your arse hole. Seeing how they reply to that would be amusing if nothing else. Razz

We found a 2cm beetle in a can of co-op sweetcorn. Took it back to the shop and got a bottle of wine and a fiver voucher in the post.

My mate found a mouse in a tin of Asda green beans, didn't do anything about it(!)

I cracked a tooth on a piece of bone in a Sainsbury sausage. Swallowed the evidence and had to swallow the £70 repair bill.

Be thankful your veg at least showed some connection with the countryside where it was grown, even if the stone was probably South African

I know....

I figured turning up at customer services with a dentist bill would probably only get me a new pack of sausages and maybe £5 off my next shop.

Seeing as I would normally boil or steam my veg before eating, I would expect to find the stone before eating.

Ooh, mister fancy pants waving his cookery skills in our faces. It wasn't an inconvenience to find a stone, it was roughage.
