I have actually seen that in my area as I was admiring the colours of it. There are a lot of butterflys about I have pics of a few.

Yep burnet moth. Fuckloads of em about at this time of year and slightly earlier the larvae. Cool things. Elephant or Poplar Hawk moths for the win, tho far less of those over the past 20 years. Lots of other lifeforms out there if your priority is not just where you're sticking your cock.

Nice macro kev . I wish I could find more moths and butterflys for macro, I get wasps,bees and ladybirds occassionaly.
