Only had to ride 15 mile or so to get back home but it took forever 
Forgot how bad it was going flat out at 70mph then hitting a slight hill and slowing down to 50  .
I have to say though,it was more fun riding back on the 125 than it was riding there on the 600 
Small cc bikes rule 
Cant wait to give it a go on some greenlanes

I agree, somehow having to thrash the hell out of a 125cc bike and get everything right as you ride for best performance in what most people would call normal riding is quite fun.
That bike looks much sweeter than I thought it would, me likes!
I think I want one...

But i still have a big bike for motorways e.t.c. aswell as the use of a few other bikes anytime i want so it's all good |

I like my 125 in the city or for fun on country roads at 45-50-ish, it's great fun and you have to work the gears lots. Love the mpg too 
On a motorway or NSL, esp uphill its pretty miserable if its busy, and the gearbox gets some hammer.
My SV is great on the motorway, "Lets GTF out of this shithole city pronto" type of thing. It's still good fun on the country roads, and you can be downright lazy as hell with the gears.
It's totally painful in the city IMHO, it wants to go 35+mph bare minimum or it sulks, not stop, start, crawl from one set of red lights to the next, and comparatively it's crap for filtering. The mpg aint as good either (63mpg vs 96).
The CBR125 may be a bag of shit, but its a fun bag of shit for some things. Got the room? paid for em? Keep both! |

I had one of those, very nice to ride but too heavy for a 125 really, wouldn't say its that good of a green laner either.
Still, the engine is bulletproof and is really smooth, if you have a spare 10 minutes and a long stretch of open road you will get close to an indicated 80 mph

I've got a vara that will have to go soon after I do Mod 2 
So if anyones interested in such a fun little thing 
I've never even thought of greenlaning, anybody ever tried it on some mud?

I like them, was gonna be the 125, but i chose the Hyosung
About the same weight, but i think the naked Hyo looks better than the Vara.
TBH mate, i wouldnt trade my larger cc as i kinda feel the need for a bit more power, but fair play if you have another larger one to use
good purchase/trade |

169kg is the kerb weight of the Honda I believe.
I had my 675 fairly accurately measured... it came out at 175kg with half a tank of gas... and it makes *lots* of power . The CCM less accurately came out at around 138kg if I remember (depending how much mud was on it!) |

My dad had one of them and he liked it, I had a spin on one to, good enough bike. My mate had one and he never maintained his bikes and it took some battering.

I had a go on one of these not long ago.
They feel so much bigger than a 125.
The one I went on just about managed 70, got there and stayed there though !.
