anyone know of a good but low cost insurance company.
my son is just 16, and of course wants a scooter on the road.
tried the usual companies, around £400, tpft,
id like him to start with his own policy rather than go on mine or his dads so he can build up his no claims bonus ( hopefully!) ____________________

Cost me around £400 TPFT for my Aprilia RS50, but I do store the bike in a ghetto, literally. .

I've used www.thebikeinsurer.co.uk to get quotes. So far I've got the best prices on there, much better than the other comparison sites. Might be worth a look if you're trying to get a lower quote. Otherwise ring up the companies and play them off against each other until you get a quote you're happy with. Takes an afternoon of numerous phonecalls, but it's usually worth it. |
