2008 Aprilia rs 125 - wierd noise.

i was looking on the 125cc forum and came across this video, he still doesnt know what it is and im rather confussed myself.
he said the EFI and temp lights are always flashing on and off etc...

anyway, just wonderd if any1 on here knew what was wrong!

you can hear the clicking noise at 6 seconds, 11 seconds and a couple of other times on the vid.

any ideas :S

Perhaps somethings dripping from the carb area onto the exhaust - near the gasket area (end part)

They're Fuel injected that year onwards so no carbs and someone already commented on his you tube video 2 months ago dodgy English though.

What i translate that to be...
Dont use bike in high rpms if efi warning light appears as this will cause engine detonation, and the bike will seize. i experianced the same problem with my 08 rs125. The 02/lamba sensor on the standard exhaust is not functioning correctly most likely because of the aftermarket arrow exhaust.

No RS125 comes fuel injected... the later 2007 onwards models are Euro3 complaint, but still carb models.

EFI doesnt mean its fuel injection, its refering to the ignition system which is made by "EFI technologys"...

Without hearing where the noise is coming from its impossible to say whats causing it, on the later models theres several solenoids working to shut air flow off and the likes, so it could be one of them thats clicking.
