IIRC a set of needle nose pliers and a VERY firm yank pulls the baffle after the allen bolt and maybe the circlip are taken out..

Its not going to sound alot better if im honest, theres a nice lad up the road with one, it does sound semi deep but once he hits say 7k and up, it does just get tinny and semi 125ish...bordering on annoying, but as i say low rev range sounds pretty deep and throaty Smile

The popping and backfire, is that when you roll off the throttle?
When i had my v-twin 125 when i rolled off the throttle @ 6000rpm a nice POP came from the exhaust, bit of flame..on a scorpion can, i think most aftermarket ones do, correct me if im wrong.
Personally, i like it...also using the killswitch produces the same effect, but louder! Not sure if it damages the engine, but it makes me piss myself when you scare people with it! haha Twisted Evil

hope that helps bud
