Crash damage pics

Well these are the damage pics from my off yesterday. Just wondering on peoples advice. The headstock and frame look normal and intact.

However the wheel is pushed back towards the right hand side of the bike and is rubbing against the fairing.

I take it this means both my forks are bent, they don't look bent tho.

The forks could have twisted in the yoke, but if it's rubbing against the faring it does sound the stanchions have taken a whack.

Personally I'd have them off for a closer inspection. Had slightly bent stanchions on the ER5. Did a bodge and had issues with the fork seals leaking ever after.

Should be okay by the looks of things, Mainly cosmetic - the forks can be "reshaped" as long as the metal doesn't crease (and therefore weaken).

Going to take them out to be looked at and then get them sorted, and if they cant get new ones. Going to be november by time i'm back on the road Crying or Very sad

Sorry to drag the topic back up, but a bit of news. Luckily my forks were not bent, however the headstock was ever so slightly out. Its currently on the jig and will be ready this time next week.

£500 to strip it and jig it Thumbs Up

Also my CBR 125 blew up this week on the motorway Laughing
