I went through a camera last week about 7am monday. Am I right in thinking if I don't get the letter before next monday morning (2 weeks from the offence) Ive got off scot free?

They have to send the NIP out within 14 days. They don't have to provide proof of posing either. So, with the postal strikes, I'd say you have another 2 weeks of sphincter clenching to be getting on with.
