pitare bay ; what next?

OK I am a very inexperienced downloader P2Per. I have found an ebook on Pirate bay I want to download, I have tried the "miro" prog they suggest but it keeps failing on my PC. Any suggestions for good progs to do the torrent download stuff. Simple would be v good.

I've been looking for '500 days of summer' and can only find an out of sync one from Mininova, sync changes throughout so I ain't watching that.. anybody know of any good 'uns? karma cookies are baking nicely
