ms51ves3: why does it need 500 miles? Are you teaching it how to be a piston? |

Hehe, don't let it put you off but I just had a slightly strange experience with wemoto.
A bit off-topic, I ordered a new speedo cable from them a few days ago for my CG because they were the only site that listed my exact model (electric start, 2004) but when it turned up it didn't fit!
Comparing it to the old broken one I could see that it wasn't a genuine Honda part (ok, not a problem) but the end of the cable that wouldn't go in to the wheel end was plastic as opposed to metal on the old one. Not only that but this plastic was too big by about a millimetre in diameter
Long story short, after half an hour of determination with a metal file it now fits and I have a working speedometer again. It's just weird it didn't fit first time. ____________________ will never give up his CG. I look at my fuel gauge more as a progress bar than a fuel gauge.
