DuraSec NanoTec liquid screen protector - any good?

Looking for a screen protector to replace the now rather knackered one on my GPS.
The only place that google easily finds that does them offers normal cheapish ones and these. (Click here.)
Anyone used them, are they worth the extra money?
Does anyone know where I can get such things in bigger sheets to cut myself (could do with one for the camera as well, etc).

Reducing reflection, as the one linked above sounds good as my GPS suffers seriously when on my bike.

I have invisible sheild on my phone, it wasn't cheap but is brilliant. Most screen protectors scratch easier than the screen. I have had invisible sheild on my phone for a few months and it hasn't got a single mark on it.
