Ok some help needed please.

Legal limit for visor tint is 50%.

But europe is 90%

So whats better for day to day use?

Is 50 going to be too weak or is 90 going to be obvious to the police?

Thanks
Thumbs Up

as long as your not driving like a twat or doing anything wrong other than your visor being like 80% then cops wont bother you for it. I've got a 40 or 50 from a mate and it helps with glare never tryed 80% one yet

Where do you get the europe limit to 90%.

I know this is in MCM but given all the quotes for vearious groups in european countries i would tend to believe it.

Road level visors carry an ECE number, so that means they are approved all over Europe, so race blackies are still illegal in Europe.

That said, just buy a race blackie. Provided you're using it responsibly it would have to be a really crap copper to do you for it. Some coppers even use race blackies.

Yeah I got one off racevisors.co.uk and they aren't anything like that, you can still see through them unless the suns beaming at them.

Always use black visor except in bad weather and night, been pulled a few times and nothing ever mentioned about the visor.

Yet still see idiots riding their scooters at night around here with their black visor on and down because they think they look good.

They look the same as the ones from racevisors.co.uk which I got a blue iridium one and you can see through it.

I want one that's totally blacked out, no matter what light you're in.
