Down here no one sells 360 games now since Woolworths closed, Tesco are only interested in the Wii.

I've had it on order for about 2 months along with Forza 3 and MW2, just my luck they go on strike on the day I'm waiting for a game to arrive.

Completed it a few weeks ago due to a leak online, you boys are in for some fun with the mulitplayer disc! The game itself is better than I thought it would be but I've never liked the Halo franchise.

I might get it if I sort some money out, I'm not a huge fan of it's multiplayer, so the short campaign bothers me.

Also, the firefight mode (aka horde/nazi zombies) has no matchmaking, you can only invite friends...I rarely play online so don't have a huge amount of online friends...so this is a bit rubbish aswell!

Had a play last night for an hour or so on heroic, so far it seems a bit hmmmmm lax?

AI isnt bad moves to cover etc but still lets you pick them off outside of their range with the pistol. The story has not gragged me in yet. For anyone who has played I am only past the 2nd flashback so might not be soon enough to make an opinion.

I am playing it on my 1080i monitor but is it me or do the graphics look like AA is not on? Kind of jagged and unfinished? I am going to hook it into my 42" LCD later and see if that helps.

My 1st impressions are a bit meh, with HALO 2 I would have stayed up and been tired in work today, but with ODST I was quite happily in bed and not worried about what I was missing by 11pm.



Here is to me warming up to it, if not it might be the last Halo game I buy. At least with Halo wars I knew it was going to be kak before I played it......

It started slow, really slow but I actually came to like it after a while. Just give it some time!

I've got it, only played about 30 minutes of the single player so far though.


Used to play tons of Halo 3 multiplayer but got a bit bored with it, might go back to it now though.

I agree that it should of been cheaper as its an add on, but i think alot of people are missing the point tbh.
i agree bungie is starting to crash but thats because microshaft are fucking it up, its like what yahtzee says in an interview in 2008, when groups of people get toghether to make a game they fuck it up where as one man can make a great game alone.
