My dt because I'm fed up of it being stuck in the shed uninsured. Looking to get a WR, XR or DR650se or something along those lines after its sold or maybe even for a swap?
Ebay number 330362428885 if you fancy the full detail,
Cheers, Alex

When I went to get it, it had a cone filter on. I said I'd buy it if he got the original airbox back on and sorted, which he did, but didnt bother changing the main jet back, which I've done now and it pulls nice and clean. The trouble I had was finding the original jet size. Welcome to test ride it before it gets taken away anyhow Cool

About 90ish so far. The net seems to think the top speed is about 100 which sounds about right to me.

I have another bike bike for motorway use so i'm not too bothered about top speed,i bought this bike for greenlaning mainly Thumbs Up

The OP (alex) said bennetts have this bike on their website so no doubt they would insure it.It will definately be a bit more ringing around though as you're more likely to get insured through one of the specialist import companys (of which there are plenty)

I got it insured for £111.00 TPFT through devitts...

Laughing

I tryed going up a hill that i used to do on my old dtr...

Supermoto + big hill = Fail Razz

Youtube link

I didn't fall off but i sort of got stuck a bit Laughing .

Ahh that's what i wanted to ask. This spacer for the off road forks and sm wheel? i drilled out the 2 punch marks but i cant for the life of me figure out what else needs done Question assuming theres another hole needed which you didn't punch aswell?

Also when this is fitted it would have to go on the inside of the fork which would put it too close to the disk?
I have tryed looking online for general instructions on how to make the spacer but cant find nothing...
Thumbs Up

lol @ the video, looks like entertainment that does!

The spacer fits on the outside of the fork leg; the hole I'd already drilled goes on the bottom fork mount, the middle hole of the spacer goes through the top fork caliper mount and onto the bottom of the caliper and the top hole of the adapter goes onto the top hole of the caliper and you'll need some washers for it to take up the space between the adapter and caliper, hope that makes a bit more sense? It might need some filing off more on the inside as well thinking about it, I think you'll see.

Tryed that way but the holes dont line up to the mounting points on the forks.
I just drilled out where you set the punch marks without checking they were in the right place Razz Just going to take it to an engineers to have one made up now because i cant be bothered with the hassle Smile

Bikes awesome anyway Thumbs Up

Would like to see pics of the new bracket if you do get one made up Thumbs Up

Thing is it looks exactly the same as my 125. Only difference is that the frame is black but that was probably done by a custom job lol.

check my decals at the other thread here. https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?p=2336429#2336429

I wouldn't mind helping anyone out with some gfx work if they want.
