getting on a bit now but GP500 by Microprose is good - as long as you're prepared to fall off a lot to start with...

It's a 1999 vintage game and I just dug it out of my collection again recently. Given the way hardware has moved on since then it now runs really slickly and the overall look is still suprisingly good.

You should be able to pick up a copy in the bargain/reissue buckets pretty cheaply.

I played GP500 to death, it was a total classic Very Happy

MotoGP 2 for the PC is very good. the realism is scalable, allowing you to set ti to be challenging on whatever you use to control the bike. if your using a keyboard then you have no chance on a high level of realism. if you can get yourself a good pad or stick then it is a QUALITY game!

Ive wasted sooo many hours on that game now Razz

long shot but anyone got a 'spare' copy of 'machines: wired for war' on pc by acclaim. Was a RTS game AND a FPS and was brilliant, back in about '99 i reckon. But id pay some serious cash to get my hands on both discs (ok not serious, but enough to get you pretty darn hammered)

Well aslong as you are about 5 stone or dont mind taking alcohol through the eye Razz.... nah seriously id pay about 15 all in all, be about fair i think for both discs

did anybody ever have enduro racer?

that was a quality game.

rs2 riding spirits is a ps2 attempt at a biking version of gran turismo, if they had got a slightly better budget it would have been much better but i think they spent all their money buying the liscences to all of the bikes.
The sound and graphics aren't up to standard.

I heard last year some time that there is a software/games company that is making one about the Isle of Man TT. It's reckoned to have the full TT course and everything.

I've been waiting ages to hear more about that.

I tried MotoGP 2 the other week, and wasn't that impressed to be honest.

What's the Java Trials game people are talking about?

The Java game is...

https://www.dnainternet.fi/pelit/english/

Highly addictive and work threatning if your desk computer is java enabled Confused

Does anyone have any idea if there are any other courses available other than the 2 that are on the aforementioned link?

You have to play it quite a lot to really get into it. once you can play on a very high level of realism and put in quick laps/challenge for the lead the game really is fantastic!

looks quite good too! Razz

not too shabby for an 18 month old game
