Hi folks!
This bike was my first bike but has been off the road for several years as it's usually been third-in-line in my array of bikes. Currently it sits next to my Mille looking disappointed that it's not being used.
It's not MOT'ed or taxed and has a few niggles. Mostly the bike is immaculate as I painstakingly rebuilt and powdercoated it whilst it was off the road, so it's cosmetically beautiful. However one mirror has lost it's glass somehow, and one of the clipons mysteriously got broken (I suspect a garage accident). I tried to weld it but it hasn't worked. The engine will start and run and I can probably arrange a test ride (just up the lane and back, no tax etc).
Anyhow, in light of the above this bike is in great nick but needs a weekend spent on it and it will then make an absolute bargain of a first bike or a great fun bike for someone.
If you don't know about these SZRs it's obviouslly a single cylinder, 45hp, light as hell (159kg), think of it as a 45hp 125... And it sort of handles like one, though a bit beefier on the tire front. All in all a real blast and great for short people or first timers.
Heres a load of slightly old pics.
