None of the above for a month or more.
Tax and MOT for a few days at a time on occasion, never without insurance or licence. ____________________ CBR125|||GSXR400|||CBR400|||CBR400|||CB250RS|||GSXR750|||CB250RS

Apart from running a deristricted 125, everything bikewise is all legit, even if my adherence to speed limits isn't quite so legit sometimes...
But last year, or maybe the year before, after calling the DVLA about something unrelated, I discovered my licence had been taken away 3 years previously. Apparently I hadn't sent it in to have points put on it for a speeding offence, and they say they sent me a letter warning me twice, but I saw no such letters. So, without my knowledge, it was deemed invalid.
Despite that, I somehow still managed to insure, mot and tax the car as usual over those 3 years, totally unaware that I didn't have a valid driving licence. At the time, my full time job was driving too!
Very, very lucky that I never got pulled in all that time.
The absurdity was, when I got it back, the 3 points that were on there already were removed, and 3 different ones were added (same speeding offence), so apart from a minor change of date (a difference of 2 digits), it was exactly the same licence as it was when it was supposedly invalid. ____________________ A Guide To Powerbands |

hmmm... TBH i always thought of myself as a rather "legit" kind of person, but thinking about it - when i was 16/17 i used to ride round with no tax / insurance / mot etc on crossers down the local fields, rode round on a cb125 when i was 17 with no insurance for about 4 months (just couldn't afford it)
And even now, in my late 20's although the NSR is completely Legit (i'm still on a CBT) - i still take my dad's ZZR600 out every other weekend for a spin, sometimes only to the shops and back, sometimes out for an hour or so...
naughty really feel rather ashamed of myself now!!! ____________________ Previous: Cub50, NRG50, TS50, YB100, CB125, NSR125, ZZR600, CBF1000, SV650s, ZX6R B1H, XT250, Mito Powered Crosser, WRF450, , FZ600, VN800, GSXR600 - Currently CB1000R |

LOL...no im not you mate.
I know what you mean though in regard to the MOT....6 months down the line the vehicle could be totally different.
At the end of the day though I like to think I am a responsible person. And that my vehicles are safe and roadworthy..after all I take my family and friends in my car or on my bike and dont think I would like anything to happen to them due to my lack of responsibility towards my vehicle.
I know its not the end of the world to have ridden without an MOT especially as I am as confident as I can be that my bike is safe and ok to be on the road. After all...its my life at risk too!
I just know that if shit can happen it will and from past experiences...its better to be legal and on the right side of the law (no matter how barmy it seems at times) Its much less hassle than blatantly being on the wrong side.
I very much doubt that any of us have never ever broken a law....just that I think driving without an MOT...in my situation anyway was just stupid and could have cost me way more than the price of the said piece of paper actually cost me.
I also have heard of people who have never passed a test and yet still insure...MOT and drive on our roads....kind of mad really as its all null and void surely?
Anyway...I am all legal again now and hopefully safe
Cheers
