Had my hornet now since august 2009. It started life like this ...

https://i387.photobucket.com/albums/oo314/dazmilliken/DSC00244.jpg

after getting rather bored with it, i stripped it down and re built it so it looked like this ...

https://i387.photobucket.com/albums/oo314/dazmilliken/DSC01254.jpg

not long after i fell in love with a GSXR600 K7 i had seen in rocket centre. So i sold the hornet to my dad, and went and bought the gixxer! A couple of weeks after this some pratt decided to pull out on me and i wrote it off.

After the gixxer was delivered back to me i rung my dad up and told him that i had it back and it was a CAT C REPAIRABLE. he then replied with .. let me have it and ill give you your hornet back..

how could i refuse!

so i was back with my hornet, but once again i got bored so heres my project topic ha ...

Fireblade rear fits straight off. Bearings are the same also if I remember correctly. Using the hornet's spindle, spacers, sprocket carrier etc.

The 17" cbr600f wheel fits the hornet (17" hornet certainly) with the discs being a direct match, and you just need to use the hornet's bearings, spindle etc.

Not sure on the 16" hornet models, sorry.
