One of our teachers asked me if I could give him a hand resolving a
Paypal dispute as he had never been involved in one before (neither had I but two heads are better than one).
It seems my mate flogs Chinese made electronics in his spare time to substitute his teacher's pay and one of his multi coloured LED occasional lights are gone all Pete Tong on a punter who wanted his cash back.
I gave the dispute page a once over (bloody complex thing) but one little thing stood out like a sore thumb, the buyers email address.
Me " Just send Pete Br*******T a mail and tell him to stop being a nonce with Paypal disputes and tell him that Wali says hi and I will see him on Saturday"
He is a branch member of my bike club

Weird.

I funded my first bike by doing something similar, buying bulk LED lights and lazer pointers and the like then selling them on via ebay in the UK, worked quite well.

I sold a dozen LED key ring torch heehaw's to a woman who wanted them for a hen night, (she wanted pink ones...) I met her and handed them over in person, we'd both left the same office only to meet at a distant shopping centre. (She worked down the stairs from me.)

I also was paid with two bottles of foreign beer for delivering a farting garden gnome sold on eBay to a student flat nearby.

As you do.

Thumbs Up

I own a 1938 Rudge lady's pushbike ( great fun) I bought a basket for the front of it off Ebay from a lady in Devon. She replied that she used to live in my road in Birmingham back in the late 70s.
I then reminded her that she once gave me a BJ when her husband wasn't looking. Very Happy
