Cornflakes
Sugar on top of cornflakes
Semi Skimmed milk

Lunch:
1x Walkers Salt and Vinegar crisps
2x 2 slices of brown seedy bread, buttered on both sides with 4 pepperony slices. Crusts eaten first and then bread squashed together. Best way to eat this sandwich, EVER.
1x Carrot
1x Red Rocky
~0.5L of Leeds tape water.

Tea:
Yet to be decided (looks like Chili Con Carne with rice at the moment)

I'm just having my dinner now. It consisted of a coronation chicken sandwich with lettuce, onion and sweetcorn. A packet of seabrooke's prawn cocktail crisps. About to tuck into my chicken and sweetcorn pizza and eat a bit of the wifes kebab pizza. All washed down with a glass of coke, a bottle of dr pepper and just made myself a litre of milk mixed with vanilla ice-cream and half a tub of nutella. Not sure what tea is going to be yet but that won't be till 11 so plenty of time to decided.
