Not set on sat and sun but usually wake about 9am unless I had late night before in which case it can go up to 2pm but after that I can't sleep any more so get up.

I work a shift pattern so depends.

6am start: Set alarm for 4.30am

8am start: Set alarm for 6.30am

1pm start: Dont set my alarm just lie in bed till dinner time.

I never stick to a set alarm time anyway. For example if i set it for 7am it always ends up getting changed sleepily to 5 minutes before i need to be out the door.

The other thing is i have to get up on a 5 past number IE 5,10, 15. I can not get up at an odd time like 6.03. OCD kicking in maybe?

When I used to go to college I had my alarm set for 7:20 for an 8:50 start.

If I'm cycling to work the alarm is set for 6AM, if I'm on the bike or in the car, it's 7AM. At the weekends it's either whenever the kids wake up, apart from the rare occasions where my body clock wakes me up before they do, or about 8-9AM on the weekends when I don't have them.

I get to hooooon down Riverside Drive into Liverpool City Centre. 4 round abouts and shed load of cars to piss off on the way

7:15 for an 8:30 start, which as I don't go to bed till about 3:30-04:00 is quite bad really. But the reality is usually wake up about 7:55 in a panic, and arrive at work at my trademark time of 8:35.

i start work at 5am so i voted before 6 but its 4 when i get up, its horrible i cant stand being up early, but atleast the roads are clear on the way to work
