have put off buying a thruxton til next year now as the weather's getting worse and worse and i don't wanna bin it so what sort of bikes make good winter hacks?
looking at supermoto's ideally, really like the looks of the drz400. something with a bit of stunt ability would be cool too not looking to spend more than 3000 really, ideally 2500. ____________________ CG125 > ZX6r > GSX600F > CB250n + ZX7R+ Bandit 1200 |

Anything that is cheap and you wont worry about dropping/corroding would make good winter hack imo.
Come to think about it, going on the above description - I've only ever had winter hacks so far. This winters model for me is a zx9r
One day i will have a nice shiny bike... ____________________ Harold_Shand wrote: I suppose it's like anything, you get your fingers burned when you start out, you learn from it and eventually become a complete arsehole about the whole thing. |
