How many miles a year do you do?

Well title gives it away, how many miles do you do on the average year? I did a nice 4k since september last year.

Depends if I'm in the UK for summer (usually I fly off to see my folks).

12-4k a year with summers here
9-11k if I fly off for the summer

All I know is that my bike goes through 2 sets of tyres, 1 set of chains and 2 oil changes/services a year with intervals between 4-6 k miles (whenever I can afford the time to put it off the road for maintenance).

I can see myself doing 15-20k miles this coming year.

Yes I admit I'm a born again biker ... but only because an accident forced me to quit for 4 years, then my son was born - couldn't fit the baby seat to the bike!

The Z is only used from April-September.

im going to guess 10-15k but it could be anything.

25 mile per day commute + up to 200 mile blast on the w/e if its nice. only did that once this month and i've put about 1500 miles down. surprised me when i thought about it. not so much now but in the summer i was doing lots more than that

surprising as in the last 2 yrs (been riding for 8months) i've only put about 8k on my car!
