Good, solid, reliable winter hack.
Dog slow though (16bhp?).
Fork seals about £7.
Although I was given a tip on for seals. If they are just smearing a little oil along the stanchion, it's sometimes dust under the seal making it leak. If you get a strip of old photo negative, cut the edge straight (removing the notches) and wrap it tightly round the fork leg, you ought to be able to push it down between the seal and the stanchion. This scrapes any dust out and they seal again.
Chain and sprockets about £50, but you sometimes get away with just changing the chain every other time on low powered bikes, don't hook the teeth over as badly. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink.
