Without going into too much detail....

There are 4 people in the situation, A, B, C and D.
A and C are friends, B and D are brother and sister.

Person A is accused of a rather serious offence by person B.

Now, Person C accompanied person A in court for a bit of support.

Shortly after a day in court, Person D sent a rather threatening email to person C.

Is it wise to inform the police of the email (I'm unsure if person C would even want to inform the police)
Would it help/hinder the court case to let the police know about this email?

Would they follow it up, And if so, How would they go about proving who sent the email.

Looks to me like person D is being a twat & could possibly endanger any case that person B may have against A.

Perhaps you could enlighten us with the actual offence?

Yes "C" should inform the courts/police as it may affect "A", "D" is trying to intimidate"A" for the benefit of "B" via "C".

In any case,i`d leave the coppers out of it unless there`s no other choice.

lol at the pictures.

But it depends what is in the email- could it influence or change the outcome in court? If so then you probably should show them a copy but maybe not if it was a one off full of random stuff.

Hi

Suspect it would have no effect on the court case, but suspect sending the threatening email in itself could be a seperate offence (possibly treated as a serious one if it is seen as trying to interfere with a court case).

So let me get this right.

Your friend (person A, Adam?) is accused of raping person B. (The blond girl, I think she's called Sally)

Sallys brother (Person D, Tom) sent you (Person C) a email saying he will break your legs....

Cluedo then...

The suspect... person A, he raped person B, he might have been aided by Reverend Green and Colonel Mustard.
The room... I think it was in the dining room.
And lastly, the weapon... well he might have raped her with a candlestick, maybe lead pipe, possibly the spanner, but the revolver, dagger or rope are unlikely options. I reckon it was the lead pipe.

So Jamie, are you person A or B?
