if you want a bigger engine you've really got 2 options,
1) the easiest- just dump a lifan 125 eque lump in
2) if you do want to go the big bore route you have to check which electrics you are running afaik the biggest you can go on the old ones is 102cc.

this site https://www.monkeybike.co.uk/acatalog/index.html has a good range of parts Thumbs Up

i am karmically obliged to state that i do not work for said company.

just a quick update guys Smile

Fitted the new pit bike exhaust just need to do some welding up on the brackets. after the exhaust had been on for a while i decided to fire her up , the results were amazing it sounded great with a slight pop to it which i liked. the next stage is fitting the new xsport 26mm carb from pit bike parts " https://www.pitbikeparts.co.uk/mikuni-26mm-carb-bikes-fitted-xsport-thumpstar-p-562.html " if anyone has any tips or notes for when i fit the carb please say.
