Binge, she's been doing it, on and off, for a couple of years. She has the advantage of having been a cheer-leader in Japan, gymnastics and stuff, so I'm assuming that's how she's able to bend herself so well. Shocked Even her instructors were cart-horshish by comparison.

I can't say it's really my cup of tea, it's all a bit clumsy-looking to me. But I can honestly say Noriko's performance made it look half not bad. And she loves doing it and it keeps her fit. She's chuffed she's on Youtube too. Very Happy

As for all the cranking-ones-out going on, I'm sure she'll be most flattered. Silky, I'm not sure I should tell her about yours, seeing as you'll probably meet her one day. Though it could be interesting if brought up around the dinner-table. God. Embarassed Laughing

Looks good matey, no offence, but does anyone else find pole dancing kind of boring?
Its never entertained me atall, the "erotic" side of it all seems abit pointless to me, the physical, atheltic side of it is impressive, but thats it for me.
