Ok, completed my theory passed first time round -- have my A2 booked next week, abit of training monday then so on, what things should i be expecting?

I'm 6"7 and they have CG125s, is it gonna work going around cones? Never been on a CG but seen them alot.

Tips not to fail? Apart from the obviously law breaking, etc etc more like tips to pass I guess Smile

A2 pretty much the same as a direct access but with the 33bhp and different license at the end? If so DA's can help haha

have you already completed your CBT ?

you get the same licence if you pass A2 or DAS, it's just the entitlement on the back is different,

DAS test is different because you need to do it on a 500cc bike not a 125,

I also did my CBT on a500cc bike Very Happy , it was great fun.

Just a thought, On your u-turn i know you cant put your foot down, but if you are that tall and on a CG, kneedown might be allowed?

Very funny. The first time I tried a U-turn I assumed that speed would be what got me around. I did it way too fast and got down to quite a low angle. My instructor friend was not impressed. I almost fell off. And anyway, to get knee down while still having the bike mostly standing up you'd have to be a mutant like freak!

Still Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

ms51ves3: why does it need 500 miles? Are you teaching it how to be a piston?
