Hi

Try Menthol and Eucalyptus Inhalation BP you can get it at most chemists, add it to hot water in a bowel, put towel over head and breath.
Will give the head a good clear out.

Regards
C

Depends how bad it is. Over the counter products didnt work for me.

After 13 years of progressive hell with my nose, I had an opperation which seems to have solved it. I've not been unwell for 10 months now Smile Yippeeee.

I used to be ill every 4-6 weeks with not much time out inbetween. I was either getting ill, ill or recovering, then WHAM another bout over n over n over. Life was such an effort.

'It's having kids you know'. . 'take vitamin C' - "Go away you daft idiots"

I had cronic rhinitus (nasal passage infections) which presents very similarly to sinusitus. Cracking headachs, eye ach, nose ach, throat ach, chesty cough, dizzyness, tirdness, glands up, ear ach, streaming nose.

I used to cough up big thick lumps of dark coloured gunk. Im so glad its over.

Get well soon

Get them drained...I had mine done in 2004, and I've had NO trouble since. No headaches, no pain, nothing!

Kill your cat and clean the carpets. You may be allergic to it, is my point. Worked for me.

Possibly an environmental problem - is your house damp?

You could try antihistamines (especially if you're also getting itchiness / watering in your eyes). Loratidine can be bought from most supermarkets for less than £1.

Most likely though is Oxymetazoline - you can buy a spray from Boots for £2; however, if this works, you should visit your GP as this is not recommended for long term use and you GP will be able to prescribe something better.

+1 for killing your cat. For me what worked was antihistamine nasal spray. I have known people however who simply have abnormally small sinus's, which causes them to be blocked / infected very, very easily. If this could be the case then you should seek professional help.

ms51ves3: why does it need 500 miles? Are you teaching it how to be a piston?
