The breakfast of champions:

Take 1 tin Heinz spicy beans and meatballs:

Empty tin into microwavable container.
Slice in 3 Chilli Dogs:

Add a dash of Worcester Sauce and a generous amount of Tabasco:

Cover, and zap in microwave until cooked - for me this was 3 mintues, stir, 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate some cheese - i used a mature cheddar:

Once the beans, balls and franks are cooked, put the grated cheese on top. Zap in microwave for a further 30 seconds to melt the cheese.

Consume with hot, buttered toast. Om nom nom.
