Anyone else find this?, greasy as hell where it wasn't a good downpour. Just felt a lot less grip this morning as the tyres took an age to warm up as well, felt the back skip a bit even though I was gentle on the throttle and brakes. Had the usual car up my arse because I took a bend slower than normal as I noticed last night there is now a construction entrance on the bend exit with the usual crap on the roads from the lorrys. Still it could be worse for this time of year I suppose.

I've had to take a different route due to a 90 degree 10mph bend covered in leaves, didn't notice it terribly slippy today but then i do have decent tyres. only had back wobble under power once in my riding time.

Agreed, down in Gloucester/Bristol area the roads are greasier than usual, slightly lower temperatures don't help either.

Tons of spilt fuel around Rayleigh and on the A13 today, some places it would go on in a line for a mile or so. I wonder if they lost a whole tank's worth! Pain in the bum. Thumbs Down

Loads of diesal on the A3 around the stockwell bit up to kennington park saw a crashed new ducati 848 on the side of the road too, would think they would be more careful with the cost of the fuel theses days. Rolling Eyes

Wasn't too bad around Cardiff, a few patches still damp but otherwise decent conditions.

I like slippery roads. It means you can have a fun challenging ride, without such licence/life threatening speeds.
