Scamera vans, minimum distance?

This morning, making my bleary eyed way to work, I came across two of the buggers, not unusual, but this time they were within a half mile of each other.

The fact that I wish they would sod off is irrelevant, its not as if there is a massive traffic volume around here that warrants the resources, probably just a high density of moaning retired people, but I digress.

I would have thought, perhaps wrongly, that there would be a stated maximum enforcement intensity in a particular area to prevent this sort of thing?

I actually laughed when I found the second one, they were both on my usual route, often you will find one in either of these spots (and a third regular spot about 1.5 miles further down the road in the next village) but never both.

It looked like they had skipped the morning location briefing or perhaps they were intentionally trying to entrap, after people see the first and dismiss it as the only one.
