I have the Battlax BT45's and cannot fault them, plenty grippy wet and dry, warm up quick and have a good amount of feedback. No experience of the 02's personally but have read good things on the net from online reviews.

Had them on my hornet track bike (I guess you want them for track use).

Very good tyres. Managed 5 trackdays on the hornet in inters/advanced, and the front was sliding on the last day in the first few laps then was fine, although they did look rather fooked at the end of the day Laughing . I ran them with warmers all the time.

They are rubbish in the damp, no grip at all, awesome in the dry though.

I ran a Type 3(medium/soft) rear and a type 4(soft) front. They run from type 1 being the hardest, and type 4 being the softest. They also do a street compound called "Racing Street".

They've now been superceded by the BT-003, which I haven't used, however form what I've heard it's lacking a little in front end feel compared to Supercorsas/Racetecs.

I ran them at 30 front and rear cold.

In summary, I found them to be a very good dry weather tyre. No problems at all.

BH - They came on a road bike I purchased. Give track ridin up for a bit due to commitments but I bought a cheap gixxer 600 W plate to get my 2 wheeled fix lol. Just came on the bike they seem ok but still getting used to the bike.

No idea what they'd be like for road use I'm afraid. Can't see you getting into many problems with them as long as you take time to warm them.
