ISn't filtering illegal in most states? THey have some odd laws, like it's illegal to remove the mirrors, must have side reflectors on the front etc.

Overtaking? In America they drive on the right. Therefore passing on the right is what is known as undertaking. And besides, from my memory of staying in California, undertaking isn't illegal at all.

In the states everything is counted as overtaking (passing) as long as you don't use the hard shoulder Very Happy May change state to state.

Is it just me or did he hit his right foot peg to the car's front tire?
